Frequently Asked Questions:

How does it work?
Videographer Michael Kurtz offers a unique state of the art process with six mega pixel digital files that are processed into Quick Time movies. This process is faster and less expensive while still producing stunning results in either standard or high definition - HD video.

What can I shoot?
Traditional time-lapse images are clouds racing by, freeway traffic and people moving quickly in public areas. Custom time-lapse images for a client can include: the clients work process, office area, building exterior, manufacturing plant or product assembly process. When time is compresses it turns an ordinary activity into an attention getting work of art!

What is required?

If the shoot needs to take place on public property liability insurance and a permit from the local film commission is needed. If the shoot takes place on private property nothing is needed. A property photo release is always recommended.

What do I get?

A single day of shooting can produce a dozen shots that run 10 seconds each.

What does it cost?

Package prices start at $1000 a day. The price of custom digital time-lapse can be less expensive than stock photography. Let videographer Michael Kurtz provide you with an exact price quote.
